Waiver of Service
The “Entry of Appearance and Waiver of Service” form allows the plaintiff to finalize the divorce quickly, without the defendant having to appear in court. This form is ideal if the defendant, or non-filing spouse lives outside the state of Oklahoma and cannot appear in court. After signing this document, no other documentation is needed from the defendant.
